Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your order anytime before shipment. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
How to Cancel:
To request a cancellation, please email our customer support team at support@ecowellonline.com with your order details.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
Upon successful cancellation (before shipment), refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of acknowledging the cancellation request.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

When Returns Are Accepted:
We will only accept returns or initiate refunds if:
The product has been damaged in transit
There is a physical defect
You received an incorrect product
Return Request Procedure:
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@ecowellonline.com and attaching clear photographs of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Conditions:
Returns are not accepted if:
The product has been used or unsealed
The serial number, batch code, or packaging has been tampered with
The return request is made after 24 hours of receipt
Inspection & Refunds:
Upon receiving the returned product, Ecowell will inspect the item and review your claim. If eligible, you may choose a refund or replacement. Refunds for online payments will be credited to the original payment source within 7 business days post-approval. COD order refunds will be processed to your bank account within 14 business days of approval.
Ineligible Returns:
If your return does not meet eligibility criteria, the product will be shipped back to you.

 

Additional Clauses (Industry Best Practice)

Wrong Address & Non-Delivery:
If your order fails to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or customer unavailability, refunds are not guaranteed unless approved by Ecowell after review.
Order Refusal Without Reason:
Refusing delivery without valid reason (damaged/incorrect product) is not covered under this policy.
Replacement Timelines:
Approved replacements will be shipped within 7 business days after the return is received and validated.
Partial Order Refunds:
If only part of your shipment is defective or incorrect, refunds/replacements will be processed only for the affected products.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to deliver promptly, unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays. Our customer support team will proactively inform you and assist throughout the process.
